Lola May MACKENZIE.
Born on 6 AUG 1907 in Eureka, California. Lola May died on 17 APR 2004; she was 96. School Teacher. Buried in East Lawn Cemetery.
On Christmas 2003, Lola May Mackenzie was living in a Senior Residence Care Home.
Lola lived in Oregon and was very ill as a child. Her mother took her home to California and her father went to Tacoma, Washington. After her mother, Maggie Duncan died, her father married a second time but Lola did not give any information about this marriage. Lola and her husband had a walnut ranch and sent Isabel Richardson some walnuts after her visit. Lola was interested in cooking but she never made anything without cream of chicken soup! Or so it seemed when she told Isabel Richardson about her recipes!
On 20 NOV 1937 when Lola May was 30, she married Robert L. LUNG. Born on 20 JUL 1907. Robert L. died in Placerville, California, on 30 SEP 1982; he was 75. Buried in East Lawn Cemetery, Sacramento, California. School Principal.
They had the following children:
